Welcome to the Voice of Prophecy's plan for reading through the Bible in one year! You'll probably be able to read each day's selection in 15 to 20 minutes. If this is your first time to read the entire Bible, we've designed this plan to take you through some of the most interesting parts of the Bible first. Attempting to read from Genesis to Revelation discourages many people when they soon find themselves in difficult-to-understand sections.
January
We begin the year with Genesis, the first book of the Bible, which tells how life on earth began and then continues with the early centuries of Earth's history. The story continues in Exodus with the account of God's chosen people leaving Egypt and journeying to the Promised Land.
